Terms of Service
• Commissions are for personal use only. Work may not be used for profit. Feel free to contact me on the Contact page regarding commercial works. Additional fees may apply for commercial license.
• Posting your commission on social media is okay! Please credit me @Tyni_Studios if you do so!
• Please do NOT sell nor exchange my artwork in any form. This includes physical or digital, print or NFT, any AI training, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission and have paid for the rights to do so.
• I own all rights to the work and reserve the right to post your commission on my social medias, portfolio, or any other form I see fit. Please contact me to request otherwise.
• Remember that I am human too! Once accepted, your commission will be completed to the best of my ability.
• These are digital products that do not require shipping. No physical product will be delivered.
• Payment MUST be given prior to me starting your commission. Payment is taken on my Ko-Fi, which uses PayPal.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your commission process?
• Once I receive your commission request and it's approved, you will be added to the wait list. When you are first on the list, I will reach out to you regarding your commission.
• You are welcome to make any changes to your commission prior to receiving sketches. At the sketch phase, up to 3 minor revisions are welcome. Color test(s) will be given once a sketch is picked. The final product will continue once colors are approved, and then will be delivered with any files detailed on the Purchase page.
What is included in the commission?
• All commissions come with cell shading unless otherwise detailed. Transparency is the default background. Please specify if you want a background for your artwork.
• Some commission types come with multiple files. Check the Purchase page for more information.
What type of art do you make?
• I specialize in a cartoony style with positive and warm vibes! I will not take NSFW requests, but I can direct you to some fantastic artists if that's what you're looking for. If you're unsure whether I will take your request or not, message me for a solid answer!
What should be included in the Commission Form?
• Detailed descriptions of your desired artwork will help bring your vision to life the way you want it! Any photo references are a huge help too. If you'd like me to take creative freedom with it, definitely say so!
Will you be live streaming my commission?
• Unless stated otherwise, your commission is subject to be on my Twitch stream while I work on it. Feel free to drop in during the stream and suggest changes during the sketch and color phase. If you do not want the commission to be streamed, please detail so in your Commission Form.
Can I change and/or upgrade my commission?
• You are welcome to change your commission at any point before I start sketches. If you would like to upgrade your commission afterwards, additional fees may apply.
• If you would like to add extra artwork(s) while I am working on your commission, feel free to ask. However, your extra work may be added back to the wait list depending on the number of commissions in queue.
Payment and Refunds
• Full payment is required before I start on your commission.
• A standard order can take 1-2 weeks per artwork. Times may vary depending on the number of commissions on the wait list and the complexity of the art. Updates are given at sketches, color, and final checks. You are welcome to contact me for more updates!
• A Rush Order can be placed for an additional 50% charge of your total commission price.
• Estimated prices are just that—estimates! Please be aware that your commission is subject to additional fees depending on the complexity of the artwork.
• A 50% refund will be given if requested before or at the sketch phase. No refund will be given if I have continued work after sketches are delivered. If I feel I cannot deliver your commission, a refund will be given.
